A la sortie de St Sulpice sur Lèze, pittoresque village de la plaine toulousaine, en direction de Lézat (Ariège), cette ancienne métairie typique en briques rouges et galets de Garonne abrite le gîte et l'habitation mitoyenne des propriétaires. Grand jardin paysager (partie privative pour le gîte), cour, balançoire, abri pour une voiture, ping-pong commun. Lit bébé en prêt.
Au RDC : Séjour (cheminée) avec fauteuils et clic-clac (possibilité de couchage pour 2 personnes), Salle à manger, Cuisine, petite buanderie et WC.
A l'étage : 2 chambres (1x140) (2x90), salle d'eau, WC.

At the exit of St Sulpice sur Lèze, a picturesque village of the Toulouse’s plain, and going to Foix (Ariège), this typical old farm in red bricks and pebble of Garona river includes the gite and the terraced owner’s home. Great landscape garden (with a private part for the gite), yard, seesaw, parking for a car, tennis table shared. Lending of bed for baby.
First floor : Living-room (Fireplace) with armchairs and divan-bed (possibility sleeping for 2 persons), Dining-room, Kitchen, Small laundry and Toilets.
Second floor : 2 bed rooms (1x140) (2x90), Shower-room, Toilets.
